Woodland Troll (UN-B-717)
Though environmentally steps have been taken to plant New Forests, the Woodland Troll has found it impossible to adapt, depending on the unique fauna of the ancient woodlands for it's survival.

Sadly we have to go back several hundred years for any significant report on these ancient creatures.

Traditionally Trolls kept themselves very much apart from human society, but there are some documented examples of individual human encounters. The report I have chosen helps to explain the origins of a tradition, the basis of which originates from a tribal feud between two Troll species.

It may also serve to illustrate that we share a common history with many species on this Earth. And that, which we presume to be part of our own heritage may well have its origins in an altogether stranger beginning.
