Pirates of Devil's Cove (UN-C-739)
For two weeks in the summer the residents of Devil's Cove hold a festival and fair commemorating Admiral Parker's success in ridding the town of these despised sons.

Tradition has dictated that residents should cast a precious object into the sea, in an effort to ward off the evil spirits of the souls of these pirates.

Nowadays it is more usually a shiny object or bauble that is cast into the sea to appease these villains at their final resting place.

An insurance policy perhaps? as the residents of Devil's Cove must surely have questioned how could anyone have killed a crew that was already dead.
