The Harvester (UN-D-0329)
In all likelihood the g'hren messor Daemon would have been unaware of the underhanded tactics used by Hobbs to gain the villagers release.

Neither bailiff nor Daemon had considered that the other party were not entirely satisfied by the terms of the contract, engineered by Hobbs.

The details of the contract uncovered by the Kingsmen in 1137 (see evidence) showed that Hobbs was well rewarded for his part in the life-harvest. Apart from generous financial rewards, Hobbs had been granted the option to negotiate further contracts for the g'hren messor Daemon.

After the unexpected defeat of Lord Aldfrid's forces on the southern coast, Hobbs took up residence for a short time in the manor of Legaceaster.
